A Healthy Nightcap

I've never been a fan of celery and spinach, but somehow I find myself consuming it these days with this concoction. It's super green and healthy. Give it a go!


Blend:
  • 1 stalk of Celery - negative calories and promotes good sleep
  • 1 Lime & 1 piece of Ginger - promotes digestion
  • A handful of spinach - full of iron
  • Grapes and kiwi fruit for taste
  • 1/2 glass of apple juice or water
