Exercise - It's all in the attitude

Exercise is a big part of looking and feeling great. It's all in the attitude, and overcoming that mindset that it's a chore or hard work. Make it fun, think of it as time to yourself. Allocate a set time when it's all about you. 



And so what should I do? Here are some suggestions for working out:
  • Try something new like belly dancing. Shakira has an awesome bod!
  • Swimming give you a total body workout, the water feels great and it's inspiration for working all that harder because you have to wear a swit suit.Go to a beach, run, play, get active. 
  • Buy some DVDs. Carmen Electra does a fit to strip. Learn some moves while you're at it. Learning to be sexy ain't a bad thing. I love the 10 minute solution series, especially the Blast off Belly Fat which  has a customise your workout option too - it really does help shape your abs.  

You could also check out celebrity routines and diet - Kim Kardashian is prolific on the internet and seems to also be like us normal girls who have to work at being beautiful. Plus she pays for expensive personal trainers and nutritionists so she knows what she is doing. This site will give you some ideas -  celebrity beauty buzz

Different things works for different people. It's about experimenting and finding out what it is for you. Also, what you might have done at 20 years old will not always be the solution at 30, 40 or 50 with metabolisms and lifestyle. The right attitude is the first step to a better body.
