Day dream

Do you remember the last time you were day dreaming?


It can be a healthy way to recharge and simply put a smile on your face. It can tap into your subconscious, remind you of what makes you happy and what you are looking for in life. As well, it is another way of giving yourself a little me time, and steal a moment in your busy day.

There's a lot we can learn from young people who let their hair down, enjoy spontaneity, worry less and laugh more.
