Pamper yourself - beauty home spas

One of the best ways to pamper yourself is to take a hot bath. I think it might be Reese Witherspoon who said that it was her beauty secret to great skin.



The steam and heat together are amazing and you feel so relaxed all afternoon because it works on all those knots and muscles.

Add your favourite oils, or have an indulgent bubble bath. Play some jazz, classical or nature sounds in the background. Use candles and keep the room dark.

Before your bath, apply a face mask and a body mask. 

A 15 minute soak is all you need. And 12 minutes to flop on your bed afterward in a bathrobe. I like to also treat myself to an eye mask which is more effective combined with an eye gel underneath.

Don't forget to moisturise and hydrate  with teas and water when you are done.
