Steve jobs, Mr Apple himself, has resigned as CEO. It's an end of an era. He changed our lives by bringing us ipods, iphones and ipads. He made the technology companies up their game, and deliver high quality functional fun experiences with his innovation and aspirations. He is a brilliant visionary and leader. Jobs is like Oprah, Navratilova, Obama, Lennon and the list goes on.
He says stay hungry, and we should all heed his words.He was adopted, dropped out of high school and booted out by the Board of Apple in the 80s. He's been described as an egomaniac. Over the last few years his health problems have been speculated about and caused some uncertainty with Apple's share price. It is estimated that he is worth $8.5 billion.I want to put a ding in the universe, he says. But he reminds people that they achieve greatness also because of the people around them. That is what I wanted to highlight today. Find role models that you can learn from, those in the public eye and around you. Love your family, friends and yourself. Don't neglect them, and do what you can today.. May Jobs enjoy retirement and long live Apple.
